Returns and Guarantees Policy

The Uva Cup is a product that requires practice and patience at the beginning. It’s normal to take up to 3 menstrual cycles to adapt if it’s your first time using a menstrual cup. When you buy the Uva Cup and receive the product as requested, returns cannot be accepted. Returns only apply in the following cases:

  • When the wrong product was shipped. This applies to the size of the menstrual cups.
  • When the menstrual cup has a manufacturing defect.


    • To process a return, it’s important to contact us at [email protected] and send us photos of the product (showing its condition) and the shipping guide from the carrier.
    Additionally, please note the following:

  • We can replace the product with the one you originally requested. To do so, please provide us with your address, city, name, and phone number to schedule the collection (takes 2 days to collect and 2 days to deliver to us). Once we receive it, we’ll dispatch the new product.
  • The delivery time would be 1 to 4 business days.

    • The Uva Cup has a 10-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
