Our UVA Menstrual Cup is designed to meet the needs of every woman, which is why we have three sizes available. Size A is ideal for women who have not given birth, have moderate menstrual flow, and are under 30 years old. Size 0 is recommended for teenagers who are just starting to use menstrual cups or for women with very light menstrual flow. Size B is recommended for women who have heavy menstrual flow, have had a natural birth or cesarean section, and are over 30 years old.
